Tornado's are found most frequently where you have Cold, dry air, mixing with warm moist air, and an Unstable air mass above, that allowed the warm air to continue to rise into air that is colder. It is NOT the amount of heat in the system. It is the differential that creates the power of the tornado system. Tornado's are not found in the tropics where it is warmer. They are found in the mid-latitudes, where cold and warm collide.

         If you want a very simple proof of that, look at a leftist website that offers a post listing the “top ten worst storms of all time.” Few are modern. The years in which they struck were 1737, 1839, 1876, 1881, 1882, 1897, 1970, 1975, 1991, 2008. Most were centered in the Indian subcontinent and China. NBC offered a similar list in 2008: 1584, 1737, 1839, 1876, 1881, 1882, 1897, 1970, 1975, 1991. Most of these predated the true rise of modern CO2 emissions.

        A more scientific approach comes from Watts Up With That’s “Everything Climate” site which shows, using actual data, that tornadoes, in fact, “are getting less dangerous.”

        29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

        Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ...
