Biden not up to meeting local media?

 Washington Examiner:

Biden skips local news interviews as infrastructure sales pitch falls flat

He seems to be dodging media in general.  I suspect it is because talking directly to the media exposes his dementia problem.  The legislation is also not as popular as Democrats hoped for.
