Spinning a loss

Remember how conservatives used to make fun of the Daily Kos when they would tout close losses as wins? Well Republicans are doing that now in a special election in Massachusetts where a Democrat won a seat she was suppose to win, but by a much closer margin than Kerry carried it in 2004. The race does suggest some issues where Democrats are vulnerable. But, whether they are enough to make a difference in more competitive districts want be known for nearly 13 months.

Jules Crittenden
says the Dems are concerned about the close race.
