Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced the reversal of decades of American policy that may doom any peace efforts.
The Palestinian refusal to negotiate a deal with the Israelis has led to a loss of financial support and a rejection of their claims.  Their claims have always been questionable and appear to be based on a Muslim colonial effort in the region in an attempt to push out Jews and Christians in the region.  Palestinian is a made-up name to cover mostly Egyptians and Jordanians who tried to portray their ancestors as native to the region, although recent archeological finds dispute those claims.  Both history and ancient DNA do not support the Palestinian claims.
