Democrat message on impeachment unpersuasive to vast majority of Republicans

Washington Post:
GOP and Democrats push dueling messages on Trump’s conduct

The series of open hearings that begin today will be a pivotal test of lawmakers’ ability to sway public opinion for or against President Trump’s impeachment in a polarized political environment.
It is being pushed by some of the same people who pushed the Russian collusion hoax.  From Adam Schiff to the Washington Post there is a loss of credibility of people who falsely accused the President of collusion with the Russians or being a Russian asset.

There is no reason to believe that he did anything wrong in urging an investigation of what appears to be corruption by the Bidens.  It is absurd to suggest that the Bidens are immune to an investigation because Joe Biden might be a nominee of the Democrats.  That is all the more reason to have that investigation.  If we can spend millions on investigating the Russian collusion hoax why not investigate Obama's collusion with Ukraine used in the 2016 election.  There is certainly more substance to that charge than there ever was to the Russian collusion hoax.

And don't give me the BS that the charges have been discredited.  They have not been discredited to the satisfaction of millions who believe it was wrong for Hunter Biden to cash in on his father's position and for Joe to use a quid pro quo to stop an investigation of the company paying his kid millions for nothing beyond trying to get the State Department to cooperate with the scam.
