Why colleges are ill equipped to handle sexual assault cases

Daily Mail:

University of Southern California football star, Matt Boermeester was kicked out of the school weeks later for an alleged assault against his girlfriend who claims that it never happened.
This could not happen in a court of law, where the accused is afforded due process.  In fact, it is a travesty of the concept of justice.  This aspect of Title IX should be declared unconstitutional.  Allegations of sexual assaults should be handled by the criminal court system.
