Russian ambassador denies discussing secrets with Flynn

Daily Mail:

Sergei Kislyak, the former Russian ambassador to the US, has denied meddling in the US election and that he discussed secrets with then-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
I doubt that he did or that he colluded with Flynn about the election.  It is my impression he did what ambassadors do, they try to get an understanding of how the new administration will deal with their country on policy.   Those in Congress familiar with the conversations say there is no evidence of collusion.

I think Mueller is drilling a dry hole on this one:

Officials working for US special counsel Robert Mueller have asked the White House for documents related to former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
I doubt there is anything to produce.
