How do you prove abuse of inteligence data?

Washington Post:
Nunes-led intelligence panel sought to ‘unmask’ Americans

Rep. Devin Nunes, who leads the GOP-controlled committee, wanted to reveal the names of several U.S. individuals or organizations in classified intelligence on Russian meddling in the election, according to U.S. spy agencies. That same practice was cast by President Trump as an abuse of powers by the Obama administration.
People who have committed crimes by revealing classified material should be exposed and prosecuted.  Revealing people who have committed no crime for political pi\urposes is something that needs to be exposed and prosecuted.

The media has a conflict of interest in this reporting because it has been an accessory to the criminal offense as in the unmasking of Gen. Flynn.  It is not a fair arbiter of the process of finding the leaker.
