El Chapo wired by US in several recordings

Depending on the content of the recordings and documents, the case looks like a difficult on for the defense. They could confuse non-Spanish speaking jurors by making them listen to the recordings and then have to listen to translations. I suspect that most defendants faced with this volume of evidence agree to a plea bargain. Perhaps he could tell the government where his $14 plus billion is stashed and how the US can get its hands on it.
