The 'permanent' drought in California is over

NY Times:

California, After Rainy Winter, Is Told ‘Drought’s Over’

On Friday, Gov. Jerry Brown ended the drought emergency for the vast majority of the state, a move that marked the formal end to a water shortage.
It probably will not end the attempt of the climate change mafia to claim that weather patterns are caused by global warming, even though it should.  I suspect they will switch from saying the drought was caused by global warming to saying that the rainfall was caused by global warming.  They are only consistent in saying that whether it rains or doesn't it is always caused by climate change and is not normal, even when it is.
