Biden's weird statement about choosing Kamala Harris

Joe Biden was known as the Senator from MNBA, a large Deleware bank, where he also got jobs for his son Beau.  He is seen holding an iPhone upside down and in the conversation says:
...
Biden wrote in the post that it is his great honor to announce his selection of Harris as his pick for a running mate and called her a “fearless fighter for the little guy, and one of the country’s finest public servants.”

He also credited her work with his late son, Beau, and said, as attorney general, she“took on the big banks, lifted up working people, and protected women and kids from abuse.”
...
During the current campaign, Biden has been characterized as someone who likes to touch kids inappropriately and has been criticized for using his various offices to enrich his family.  He is not someone with a history of "taking on the big banks."

The Trump campaign seized on the photo and said in an email that Biden needed the paper to "understand why his handlers chose" Harris.
Biden is off to a shaky start with his selection of Harris who was quoted during the primaries as saying she "believed the women who accused him of abuse."  Maybe that is what he meant by saying Harris believed in "protecting women."
