The kooky attack on Mount Rushmore

Red States:
President Donald Trump will be celebrating the Fourth of July with a visit to Mount Rushmore the day before.

So now the things you couldn’t imagine even being attacked are being attacked.

Lo and behold, suddenly there’s been all kinds of crazy demonization of Mount Rushmore. Let’s just leave out both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have visited it and it’s one of the country’s greatest monuments, honoring some of America’s greatest presidents.

Suddenly it’s was the symbol of evil in the modern world according to Democrats in a crazy DNC tweet as we reported.

Now showing that there’s no coordination at all, no siree, none, the New York Times is coming after Mount Rushmore.

From Fox News:

Along with the criticisms George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Theodore Roosevelt have faced in recent weeks, the Times reported the condemnation from Native Americans since the monument was built on indigenous land. It also noted how the sculptor Gutzon Borglum had “strong bonds with leaders of the Ku Klux Klan” and has a documented history of espousing white supremacist and anti-Semitic rhetoric.

But it was their tweet promoting the article that really raised eyebrows. Americans let them have it, but good.
Maybe The NY Times needs to have a little introspection about their own crimes? ...
One of President Trump's superpowers is making the left react stupidly to his personal appearances around the country.  They invent racism memes where there are not any.

My favorite response is that of Buck Sexton in the Tweet directly above.  By the NY Times' own argument they should abandon New York altogether.  In addition to how the land was acquired, there is also the fact that the city is named after the Duke of York who was one of the world's biggest slave traders.  So by their own logic, they should change the name of their publication and move it out of the city from which it is named.
