The President has actually praised Abbotts management. He has been a good governor who has made the state a leader in creating jobs and opportunities. He will have a real challenge in dealing with the impact of the virus on the oil industry. It looks like Texas will allow the Railroad Commission to place some restrictions on the production of oil until the market rebalances the demand side.
