Media keeps arguing that obvious corruption is 'unsubstantiated'

The release of House Republicans’ witness list signaled that the president’s favorite unsubstantiated theories will be a centerpiece of their strategy.
They keep saying that Joe Biden's obvious quid pro quo to protect his son from a corruption investigation was not corruption.  It takes a corrupt media to make such a ridiculous argument.  You also know that they would not make such an argument if Don, Jr. made a similar deal and his father quashed the investigation.
