Russia has been a bulwark of support for Venezuela. But as that country’s economy crumbles, Russian state-owned businesses are pulling back to protect their bottom line.
The economic collapse in Venezuela is pulling down anyone close to it.   The smart people have already left.  Even Bernie Sanders has quit making excuses for Venezuelan socialism.
