The unusually forceful campaign has created challenges that Democrats did not expect as they struggle to combat misinformation and thwart further efforts to undercut access to abortion.
When New York state and the Governor of Virginia appeared to defend the killing of a baby born alive from a failed abortion they set off a revulsion to what was seen as infanticide.  I think it also motivated conservative legislatures to propose and pass laws to make infanticide illegal and some states started pushing the Roe envelop to include babies in the womb who have a heartbeat.  Alabama appears to have gone a step further and not bothered with nuance.  I don't think there is any misinformation being used by opponents of abortion.  There probably is a difference of opinion on the viability of the baby in the womb.  Democrats now find themselves rejecting medical science on the babies they still want to abort.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
