Is talking about Khashoggi's ties to Islamic supremacy organization a smear?

Trump’s GOP allies quietly fuel campaign to smear Khashoggi

A cadre of conservative House lawmakers allied with President Trump has been privately exchanging articles from right-wing outlets that depict the missing journalist as allied with terrorists — false and distorted claims that have begun to flare into public view as conservative media outlets have amplified them.
I think raising questions about Khashoggi's ties to the Muslim Brotherhood is a legitimate issue.  That organization has been at war with the Saudis for some time as well as other countries in the Middle East.  It is an Islamist supremacy organization.

I also think the media is making a bigger deal of the killing because they guy was associated with the media and the media feels like it is under assault because of criticism from Trump and others.  But as a matter of US national interest, his killing should not be elevated beyond that of any other crime.  If it were to lead to relieving the pressure on Iran and spoiling the Saudi Arabia and Israel rapprochement, that will be a bigger tragedy that would lead to far more deaths.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
