Supreme Court strikes a blow against Democrat vote fraud

NY Times:

Supreme Court Upholds Ohio’s Aggressive Purge of Voting Rolls

  • In a major voting rights case, the court ruled that a state may kick people off the rolls if they skip a few elections and fail to respond to a notice from state election officials.
  • The vote was 5 to 4, with the more conservative justices in the majority.
The Democrats have been trying to fight a rearguard action to keep ineligible votrs on teh roles.  In a recent case in Houston, the registrar of voters refused to remove people who told them they were not citizens.  There is no sane reason for keeping such people on the rolls.
