The human debris found after California tries to reclaim homeless encampment

Daily Mail:

Between January 22 and March 3 404 tons of debris, 13,950 needles and 5,279 pounds of hazardous waste were discovered in Santa Ana River Trail, California. The waste was found from a more than two-mile stretch of bike trail roughly from I-5 in Orange to Ball Road in Anaheim, the OCR reported. The Santa Ana River Trail was once populated by the encampments of homeless people.
The pictures are pretty disgusting.  It makes you wonder why liberals who are control freak when it comes to constructing homes would allow this condition to exist and fester.
