Muslim hate preacher chaffs under Super-max prison conditions

Former Finsbury Park Mosque hate preacher Abu Hamza has demanded that he be returned to the UK as his US prison is too tough.

Lawyers representing the hook-handed Hamza, who is currently serving a life sentence in a high-security prison, have said that he would return to a British jail "in a second" if he could.

He has complained that the "inhuman and degrading" conditions in the "supermax" prison in Florence, Colorado "breach his human rights". Hamza's lawyers have said he is “hopeful” about his appeal.

The former imam was given a life sentence for terrorism and kidnapping offences in New York in January 2015 and has since been mostly kept in solitary confinement in a special unit, preventing him from contacting most of the outside world.

This is a guy who would subject non-Muslims to inhumane conditions and even death complaining about being in prison.  His chances of prevailing in a US court are remote.  It appears he misses the coddling he got in a UK prison.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
