Norks want mythical assasin

Washington Post:
North Korea demands that U.S. hand over would-be assassins of Kim Jong Un

The North Korean Ministry of State Security described in detail an alleged plot by U.S. and South Korean officials. South Korea called the claim “groundless,” and the CIA declined to comment, as is customary. But North Korea isn’t letting go.
Since no such persons exist it would be hard to deliver even if the South Koreans and the US were interested in doing so.  This sounds a little like what psychologists call "projection" on the part of North Korea attributing to others things they have done and would do.  They recently were responsible for a WMD attack on the fat prince of Pyongyang;s half brother.
