New healthcare revisions would allow states to opt out of mandates

This looks like a substantial improvement over the previous attempt at reforming Obamacare. I give it a good chance of drawing support from Republicans who opposed the previous one. The absurd mandates are the real drivers of the cost increased under Obamacare and they act as a tax on people who don't need some of the coverage required by Obamacare.White House Pitches New Health Bill Plan to Freedom Caucus
Under the proposal, states could opt out of requiring insurers to cover a minimum benefits package and could do away with a rule forcing them to charge the same price to everyone who is the same age.
