Could this be a practice run for attacks on North Korean cave complexes?

The North Koreans have several cave complexes they use to shelter artillery positions that threaten south Korea as well as ones used to hide their nuclear and missile programs. It would be interesting to find out how effective the bombs are against cave complexes.
The Pentagon says U.S. forces in Afghanistan dropped the military's largest non-nuclear bomb on an Islamic State target in Afghanistan.The bomb was dropped on a cave complex used by ISIS fighters near the Pakistan order. The bomb is 30 foot long and weighs 21,000 pounds.
Adam Stump is a Pentagon spokesman. Stump says it was the first-ever combat use of the bomb, known as the GBU-43, which he said contains 11 tons of explosives. The Air Force calls it the Massive Ordnance Air Blast bomb. Based on the acronym, it has been nicknamed the "Mother Of All Bombs."
