24 million to opt out of health insurance given a choice?

CBO projects 24 million more uninsured under Republican plan

A new analysis from the Congressional Budget Office also predicts $337 billion in deficit reduction over the same period. The report underscores the dramatic loss in health insurance coverage that would take place if the GOP plan is enacted.
What this really reflects is that the new plan drops the requirement that people purchase health insurance whether they want it or not.
