Pipeline approval moves quickly after Trump takes office

Washington Post:
Trump administration to approve final permit for Dakota Access pipeline, allowing project completion

The Army intends to grant the easement by Wednesday, allowing the 1,200-mile, $3.8 billion Dakota Access oil pipeline to cross under a Missouri River reservoir in North Dakota. The move comes two weeks after President Trump instructed the Army Corps of Engineers officials, who withheld the final permit, to expedite its environmental review.
Obama sided with the anti-energy left which was supported by Russia and OPEC in its opposition to US energy production.  The claims of environmentalist are belied by the facts and their own conduct which left a huge mess on federal land.
