Obama's restraints on troops frustrates special ops in ISIL fight

Washington Times:
U.S. special operations troops in Islamic State fight frustrated with limited role
They believe the troops they are training would be more effective if they were there to guide them in combat.  They are also frustrated by Obama's response to the enemy using human shields.
