Chicoms unlikely to do anything about Nork nukes

NY Times:

Few Expect China to Punish North Korea for Nuclear Test

Pyongyang’s latest aggression is an embarrassment for Beijing, but a collapsed North Korean regime worries Chinese leaders much more, analysts say.
The US should therefore, increase the number of missile defense installations in South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.  That would be an appropriate response to the Chicoms failure to rein in their client state.  Each time the Norks set off a nuclear weapons test or launch threatening missiles, then the numbers should be increased until China starts acting responsibly.
