Obama's under resourced war against ISIL is costing lives of allies

Washington Post:
U.S. jets abandoned Syrian rebels in the desert. Then they lost a battle to ISIS.

The diversion of air forces calls into question whether the U.S. and its coalition allies have committed enough resources to the war against the Islamic State.
The air campaign has been under-resourced from the beginning and it si an indicator of how unserious Obama is about defeating the enemy.
