ISIL's least effective strike in recent days was mostly a bust in Saudi Arabia

NY Times:

Suicide Bombers Strike in Medina and 2 Other Saudi Cities

The explosions, including near the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina, followed a bloody week of Islamic State attacks in other countries during Ramadan.
There were few casualties in the attacks and in one case only the bomber died.  It demonstrated that ISILlacks the capacity for the huge car bomb attacks in Saudi Arabia like the ones it used to devastating effect in Iraq in recent days.  ISIL also lacks the infrastructure in Saudi Arabia to pull off an attack like the one in Bangladesh.
