There is no Obama red line for Assad operations despite 'cease fire'

NY Times:

Dozens of U.S. Diplomats Urge Obama to Strike Assad in Syria

The internal cable, sharply critical of the Obama administration’s policy, says military action is necessary to stop President Bashar al-Assad’s violations of a cease-fire.

There is little evidence that President Obama has plans to change course.
I would go so far as to say there is no evidence that he will change course, because if he did it might lead to a military confrontation with Russia and provoke a wider war.  He has manage to let the situation deteriorate to the point that the Pentagon is left "looking for an explanation" of  Russians are bombing the Syrian rebels we support in the middle of the cease fire.
