ISIL using pregnant women to avoid attacks by Brit special ops in Libya

Elite commandos secretly co-ordinated attacks by land, sea and air to overpower IS fighters in Sirte, retaking control of a crucial oil port in the terror group's last bastion in Libya.
The Libyan campaign against ISIL has not received as much coverage, but the Libyans with the help of Brit special ops is driving ISIL out of its stronghold in Sirte.  ISIL must consider the pregnant women "involuntary martyrs."
