So, is Miami not sinking after all?

Once a ‘Ghost Town,’ Miami Emerges

After decades in the shadow of Miami Beach, Miami is having a building boom that challenges the perception that it is not a place where a middle-class person can live well and raise a family.
If the streets were underwater as Obama claimed the building boom would not be happening.  The builders would not be building there and the lenders would not be financing it.

Billions of dollars in commercial and residential development are changing downtown Miami’s skyline.
People do not spend billions for literal underwater building projects.  It is just another example of Obama trying to sell his policies using the politics of fraud.  From his healthcare plan to his Iran deal to global warming, Obama will say things that are not so to build support for unpopular programs.
