Cruz also got a lot of bang for the minimal amount of money invested in Michigan where he came in second.

With 97 percent of precincts reporting, the Texas senator has 45 percent of the vote. GOP front runner Donald Trump is in second place with 28 percent, while Florida Senator Marco Rubio has 16 percent and Ohio Governor John Kasich has 7.4 percent.
