A decapitation strike against ISIL may have gotten some leaders

Washington Post:

The coalition attack on the Syrian town of Shadadi also killed 12 other Islamic State fighters, officials said.
There have been other claims of killing ISIL leaders in the past that have proved premature, at best.  One of the problems with these claims is that there is very little reliable intelligence on the ground controlled by ISIL.   We will probably have to wait for ISIL to issue a press release to confirm the claim and then try to decide whether to believe it.
