School pays a price for taking action against man accused of rape who was cleared

I think it is a mistake for schools to interfere with the judicial process and take action before an accused gets the due process he is entitled to under the Constitution. In some cases, they are ruining people's lives before allowing the courts to look at the alleged charges.
The University of Montana had expelled NFL hopeful Jordan Johnson, the school's star quarterback, after a female student accused him of raping her.
