I don't think their forecast will be anymore reliable than previous ones that predicted that the poles would be virtually ice free.   As California has shown the biggest danger of drought comes from the Big Green push to divert water from people and farms to benefit a tiny bait fish.  The environmentalist appear to oppose the kind of water management needed to sustain life for people.
