South Korea cruise missile for knocking out Nork command and control

Washington Times:
South Korea’s defense ministry responded to its northern neighbor’s nuclear test with a showcase of its newest cruise missile, capable of striking Pyongyang's command post
“The cruise missile unveiled today is a precision-guided weapon that can identify and strike the office window of the North’s command headquarters,” said South Korean defense ministry spokesman Kim Min-Seok, in a video presentation of the new missile, according to a report in Agence France-Presse.

The US is showing off its missile defense weapons and the South Koreans are showing off their cruise missile to deal with the Nork Korean mini nuke they exploded.  Of course timing is everything and getting your weapon before the enemy weapon goes boom is the trick all sides will try to achieve.  The South Koreans are some of the best in the world at developing electronic technology.  They will be really focused on finding a way to counter the North Korean threat.
