Alleged cartel boss makes Forbes billionaire list

The Houston Chronicle reports that the alleged head of the Sinaloa cartel in Mexico, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, made the famous Forbes list. Colombian Pablo Escobar was on the list for awhile before his was killed in 1993. I always thought Joaquin was a cool name. Running a drug cartel is not cool.
