Conservatives who buy the liberal conceit

Noonan tends to hang out with too many liberals and they distort her thinking. It was Noonan that wrote a column in 2000 complaining that Gore was smarter than Bush. So the guy who flunked out of divinity school is smarter than the guy with the Harvard MBA? That is just nuts. She had to have heard that from liberals she talked with. It is not a conclusion one can reach on the basis of objective facts.

What Blankley is warning us about is to be wary of those who accept liberal premises. Whenever conservatives do that they are conceding ground that they can never recapture. While I may not agree with McCain or Palin on every issue, one thing is clear. The liberals are almost always wrong. They are especially wrong when they describe conservatives.
