"The people who say this apparently haven't been listening to me,"
The Washington Post covers Obama's Georgia meeting with voters where he "makes clear" that he has not moved to the center or flip-flopped.
Imagine that. The guy who is supposed to be such a great speaker and who is so articulate has managed to confuse both his supporters and opponents on what he considers the most crucial issue of the race. How can that be?
As he might have said earlier in the campaign, this is an okie-dokie moment. Of course he was talking about Sen. Clinton's slippery positioning on the issues, but it turns out all those people on the left and the right were not able to parse his evasions as clearly in the primary as they can now.
It sounds like a pretty good con job to me. What else have all these educated voters and journalist missed?
Rasmussen Reports on how many voters who have been fooled by the feint to the center. Is he saying all of these people misunderstood him. Is he really that inarticulate?
