It's another Harrier sunrise

MNFI:

An AV-8B Harrier of Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron Reinforced 166 sits on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Tarawa at sunrise, March 12, 2008. U.S. Navy photo by Petty Officer 3rd Class Bryan Niegel.
Cool shot. Harriers are vertical take off craft that permits the Marines to use them in areas where there is no runway and on helicopter support ships. They are scheduled to be replaced when the VTAL version of the F-35 comes on line in a few years.
