Denial and suppression
The globo warmers treat those who don't agree with them the way radical Islam treats infidels. Newsweek's recent cover story branding those with a different point of view "deniers."
The treatment of those with a different point of view the same by the two groups stems from the same logic. Denial of Islam condemns people to hell and the "believers" think they will go to hell to if they don't coerce nonbelievers into changing. The globo warmers believe that disagreement with them will condemn Earth itself into becoming hell.
No wonder some of us non believers call it the church of global warming.
Investor's Business Daily discusses the funding disparity in contributions to the globo warmer congregation comparing it to the relatively small amount for the skeptical and non believers. Newsweek apparently never considered that believers might be paying for favorable reviews of their beliefs. But it is clear that the non believers funding has been cut off by several institutions invested global warming.
All of this gives even more reasons to be skeptical of Newsweek. My guess is that many of the people at Newsweek are skeptical about Islam but after the Koran in the crapper caper they understand the cost of denial. Newsweek has turned into a CAIR type organization for global warming attempting to suppress all criticism of their beliefs.
