A terrorist on his own time?

Well, this takes the cake. Mazab Bashir, a five year employee of Doctors without Borders, confessed to being a terrorist. He plotted to kill prime minister Olmert and other Israeli leaders. When asked whether the revelation embarrasses the organization, Duncan Mclean, the regional head of the organization expressed concern for the employee and said that what the employee does on his own time is his business:Liberals seem to be a sad lot. When you look at the post below on Islamaphobia being the "worst form of terrorism" you get the impression that too many people have lost the grip on reality needed to deal with real terrorism."I don't think embarrassed would be the right word. We are very sad for Bashir who has been working for us for almost six years. But we would like to make it very clear that we make a distinction between his professional work and what he does on his personal time in the sense that all our staff is hired for professional reasons and I don't think our organization can be held liable for every aspect of their life."
Liability is one thing. Embarrassment and expression of concern for the terrorist instead of intended victims is another....
